The short version
Fishy Hollow doesn't collect any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and the game never sends your data to us or to anyone else.
Your game save
Your progress is saved on your device. If you're signed in to iCloud, the game also keeps a copy of your save in your own iCloud storage, using Apple's iCloud key-value storage, so it can stay in step across your iPhone, iPad and Mac. That copy lives in your iCloud account, under Apple's privacy policy; The Angle can't see or access it.
To keep each device's copy separate, the game labels it with a random identifier for that device. The identifier only ever goes to your own iCloud storage, and it isn't used for anything else.
The game also remembers a few settings on each device, such as music and sound volume, how far you've zoomed, and whether the pinned-fish card is folded. These never leave the device.
Game controllers, touch and keyboard
Your input is used only to play the game, on your device, and isn't recorded or sent anywhere.
Crash reports
If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device's settings, Apple may share crash reports and basic usage statistics for Fishy Hollow with us. Apple provides these without your name or contact details, and we use them only to fix bugs. You can turn this off at any time in your device's Privacy settings.
Third parties
Fishy Hollow contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking code, and it makes no network requests of its own beyond iCloud syncing through Apple.
Children
Fishy Hollow is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

If you email us for support, we'll use your email address and anything you send only to reply to you. We won't add you to a mailing list or share your message.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
